In order to enrich the cultural life of employees, strengthen communication and exchange among employees, and enhance team cohesion and centripetal force, the company organized a one-day tour of Qiongren tribe on June 15, 2021, in which all employees actively participated.
The event was held in Qiongren tribe full of original ecological scenery. The event mainly includes the following four competitions: "Rooster laying egg game", "Tetris", "tug of war competition" and "walking together".
On the day of the activity, everyone arrived at the Qiongren tribe on time and divided into four groups for activity competition. The first opening game was "Rooster laying eggs", tied the box with small balls on his waist, and threw the small balls out of the box through various ways. Finally, the team with the least balls left in the box won. At the beginning of the game, the players in each group did their best, some jumping up and down, some shaking left and right. Members of each group also shouted one after another, and the scene was very lively. The final prize is game props, which are given to the families and children of the winning team.
The second activity - "Tetris", also known as "competing for red may", each group sent ten players to rush the "seeds" thrown by the "production team leader" from the "warehouse" into the corresponding "Fangtian" of this group, and the "Fangtian" group won. This activity is divided into two rounds, each round is attended by different members to ensure that everyone can participate. At the end of the three minute preparation time, just listen to the order, each group began to grab fiercely, and the "farming" personnel were also splicing quickly. The fastest group completed the challenge in only 1 minute and 20 seconds and won the victory.
The third activity, tug of war, although the sun was hot, everyone was not afraid. They cheered vigorously, and the cheerleaders of each group shouted loudly. After a fierce competition, some won and some lost. But from everyone’s smile, we can see that winning or losing is not important. The important thing is to participate in it and experience the fun brought by the activity.
The fourth activity - "work together", which tests the team’s cooperation ability. Each group consists of 8 people, with their left and right feet stepping on the same board. Before the activity, we had five minutes of practice. At the beginning, some raised their feet at different times, some settled their feet at different times, and some shouted slogans disorderly and walked around. But unexpectedly, during the formal competition, all teams performed very well. Although one group fell halfway, they still worked together to complete the whole process.
Happy times always pass quickly. It’s close to noon. Our morning activities have ended successfully. We all sit around for lunch. Afternoon is free time, some boating, some mazes, some ancient towns, some picking blueberries and so on.
Through this league building activity, everyone’s body and mind have been relaxed after work, and the employees who are not familiar with each other have improved their mutual understanding. In addition, they have understood the importance of teamwork and further enhanced the cohesion of the team.
