Structural style

1. In a clean environment, wear special gloves, combine the female nut with the gland, and then gently put the gasket into the nut (Fig. 1). If the gasket is of retainer assembly, first place the gasket on the sealing surface of the gland, and then combine it with the nut (Fig. 2).
2. Combine the male nut with the gland.
3. Connect the female nut part assembled in step 1 with the male nut part assembled in step 2, and then tighten it by hand.
4. After the two groups of parts are assembled, mark the hexagon of the nuts on both sides and draw a straight line.
5. Fix the hexagon of the male nut with a wrench, refer to the marking position, and then screw the female nut with another wrench to the position of 1 / 8 turn.（Note: do not screw more than 1 / 8 turn to prevent over tightening from damaging the surface of the metal gasket, resulting in poor sealing and leakage.）
